Infor revealed that Zahid Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has achieved a key milestone in its digital transformation strategy. After extensive planning and preparation, EJAR, a Zahid Group company, has successfully launched the first phase of Infor’s innovative M3 solution.
Building on the existing Infor infrastructure, Zahid Group will be rolling out more companies in the near future on the same solution, in addition to implementing additional Infor solutions to better serve its customers. The resulting internal efficiencies, improved decision-making and customer service enhancements enable Zahid Group to enhance the perception of its brand as well as after-sales service and customer care.
