Thank you for your interest in The Catalyst CIO Awards. Please read the guidelines carefully before proceeding with your entry.

1. The information shared by you will not be disclosed to anyone.
2. All forms must be submitted by close of day on Sunday, 10th February, 2019.
3. Ensure to tick mark the categories you wish to nominate your company for (and answer the relevant questions for the same )
4. Answer each section as completely and accurately as possible. You may attach additional evidence along with your application, including customer testimonials, company accounts and case studies. To ensure your entry is eligible, you must complete all the questions.
5. Please note that nominations will be accepted only from Middle East & Africa region.
6. Provide details of the relevant contact person in the company you’re nominating (Applicable if the nomination is for someone else)
7. The judging panel can cancel an award if the nomination do not match the criteria
8. All the applications and documents submitted to the committee will be confidential
9. Judging panel can eliminate nomination if the document is incorrect or inappropriate

1. The supporting documents can be attached along with the nomination form or emailed to the editorial department of GEC Media Group (email: anushree@gecmediagroup.com; divsha@gecmediagroup.com )
2. The subject line of the email should be Supporting Documents for Catalyst Awards 2019 (name of category)
3. All the documents should be received by the department on or before 10th of February 2019
4. All the documents will be handled confidentially and will not be made public under any circumstances
5. The supporting documents may include photographs, research papers,
6. certificates, project reports etc.
